Stamped leadframes are designed to support and accomodate electronic components and PCBA. They can be made with full or selective tin, nickel, silver or gold plating depending on the final requirement. They can be made with pressfit terminals to be inserted into Printed circuit boards.
3 D stamped leadframes can also be designed to your needs.
Overmolded leadframes made with high performance plastic resins are designed to support components which are protected in a housing.
The overmolding housing allows for the integration of :
- the connection area for power components bonding
- the output connector to the customer interface
- specific terminals to accomodate components to be soldered in electric capacitors for example.
Ces outils de montage facilitent l'installation des maillons de liaison sur les chaînes à rouleaux ouvertes. Pour ce faire, les extrémités de la chaîne sont introduites dans les mors de serrage de l'outil de montage ouvert. En tournant la vis, les extrémités ouvertes de la chaîne se rapprochent suffisamment pour que l'installation du maillon de liaison se fasse sans difficulté.
Utilisable également avec des tailles similaires d'autres normes et avec des chaînes doubles ou triples.

Les coupe-chaînes permettent de couper rapidement et facilement les chaînes à rouleaux afin de les raccourcir ou de remplacer un morceau endommagé.
Les axes sont alors pressés séparément par la plaquette extérieure.
UTILISATION
1. Placer les mors du coupe-chaîne sur le rouleau du maillon et centrer la goupille sur l'axe de la chaîne.
2. Serrer l'outil en tournant la poignée supérieure dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce que l'axe de la chaîne se détache.
3. Le deuxième axe doit également être dérivé pour séparer la plaquette de l'axe.
